I was dreading buying a new car, as I find salespeople a bit overwhelming, but I needn't have worried. Ian was welcoming and helpful, taking time to explain my options and allowing me to be in full control of my decisions. I mentioned I intended to test drive a car from a different dealer, and he simply replied that the alternative would also be a good choice, rather than trying to push me into making a decision. He outlined the finance options, and when I explained I would be a cash buyer he listened and did not try to push. He took time to explain every detail and feature of my new Corolla, and gave me and my wife a quick lesson in driving an automatic. I enjoyed buying my new car, and would have no hesitation in returning (although with Toyota's reputation for reliability I don't expect to need to any time soon!).
Vantage Toyota Morecambe were great because This is my second Toyota CHR, I can say that the customer service is absolutely amazing, they make the customer feel at ease and special, I am very happy with the customer service , thank you
